Bus Transportation Forms

Your tax dollar provides transportation to a private school if a student resides within 16 miles o the non-public school - with the exception of those local districts who do not provide transportation to their own public school students, such as Glens Falls. 

The deadline to request transportation is April 1st. A missed deadline can result in a denied request for transportation.

 

Please review each district’s process for submitting a request (many can be completed online). You may also use the generic form. 

 

A follow up to your local district by April 1 is recommended.
