... a poem as lovely as a Christmas tree! Doesn’t get much lovelier -- or joyful -- than a Disney-themed Christmas tree decorated by SMSA third- and fourth- graders! Stop by the Festival of Trees this weekend and see for yourself! This tree from SMSA will be just one of many on display and available for purchase; proceeds go to the Prospect Center.
A special thanks to homeroom moms Katie Loughmiller (gr. 3) and Lauren Berry (gr. 4) for coordinating the tree project. Students selected the Disney theme and then worked with their teachers, Mrs. Leland and Mrs. Harris, to create the Disney character ornaments. Thank you all for sharing SMSA’s holiday spirit!
