St. Mary’s-St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic School is a Catholic elementary school offering Kindergarten through Grade Eight, a Pre-Kindergarten program and a Pre-School / DayCare program.  Located in downtown Glens Falls, SMSA is supported by seven local parishes and governed by a principal and local school board overseen by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany.

History	Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet founded St. Mary’s School in 1883.    Sisters of the Order of the Presentation founded the Academy of Our Lady in 1873; became  Ecole St. Alphonse in 1908 when the Sisters of the Assumption arrived.    Merged in 1990.
School Mascot	Kerry Blues, named after a breed of terrier known for its intelligence, strength, speed and tenacity.
